Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Experiencing an issue with your order? Here’s how we resolve it:
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims that are determined to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
If you notice any issue with your order or the products seem out of place, please contact our customer support team. Be sure to include a photograph and a brief description of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement or refund. If approved, and you request a replacement, we will ship the new order within 3 business days. If you prefer a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
REPLACEMENT/REFUND EXEMPTIONS
Vitplain will not issue a refund, credit, or replacement in the following circumstances:
Wrong Address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you will be liable for the cost of reshipping it to yourself or your customer.
Buyer’s Remorse: We do not refund orders based on buyer's remorse. If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product, it is at your discretion, and you will need to place a new order at your own expense.
Customs Rejections: If a package is returned due to rejection by customs, Vitplain will not issue a refund. It is the store owner’s responsibility to research import regulations for each country and ensure that any necessary customs fees are paid by the receiver.
Product Prepared but Not Shipped: If you wish to cancel an order that has already been accepted and prepared by our fulfillment team, we will not be able to cancel or refund it.
Product Discontinuation or Long-Term Stock Issues: We do not offer compensation for marketing or product creation expenses if a product is discontinued or out of stock for an extended period.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your Vitplain account as we issue refunds as credits rather than cash. If you specifically requested a cash refund, check with your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Language Clause
This Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
